Christmas Extravaganza

What a lovely night we experienced last Friday. It was a huge success with so many people helping out in different ways. Our Parent Reps worked hard on their stalls making sure everything was considered to ensure the extravaganza ran smoothly. Thank you so much to Harriett Hiscoke, President of the Parent Association who coordinated the event. As we know, you can’t have an event like this without the help and support of the whole community in one form or another. So thank you to everyone for your contribution. The contribution everyone has made will continue to support our growing funds for the main building to be refurbished. We hope to start the renovations in the New Year and look forward to sharing the start date with you!

Parent Thank You Morning Tea

We shared a lovely morning tea with our parents yesterday. The staff had baked especially for the occasion and Mrs Morris who is sick at the moment and has lost her voice still managed to bake a cake and bring it in.

Outstanding Effort from our Girls Cricket Team

Today our girls represented us in the State under 12/13 Girls cricket finals at the MCG. The girl’s team have been champions at the district and Regional levels, winning them a position at the state final. They have trained a number of times this week to ensure their skills were honed and ready for the competition. Thank you to Mr Payne and Mr Ancrum who have supported the girls through this competition and to all the parents who joined them on the train today for the trip into the competition.
