Athletics Carnival

With perfect weather, and a lot of keen athletes, grade 3-6 enjoyed an active day at this week’s annual Athletics Carnival. Congratulations to Josh Ancrum on another efficiently run event, and thank you to all parents and staff who helped on the day. Well done to Grainger, who earnt the most points and were victorious this year. This day is all about students challenging themselves to be their personal best – many of our students can be very pleased with their growth mindset and the positive attitude to have a go particularly in non -preferred events.

Coach Approach

The Prep-2 students always love having the school to themselves. This year’s coach approach activities included: Hip Hop, martial arts, teamwork and fitness

ICT Update and Survey

We value the opportunity to gain feedback from our community. The School Council, along with the ICT team, invite you to complete a short survey about your understanding and thoughts of our current Years 4-6 1:1 BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) Program.

The purpose of this survey is to gain a greater understanding of the benefits and challenges faced by families when engaging in this program. Information received will inform future decisions about the support provided to our school community about the Digital Technologies curriculum. We welcome feedback from P-6, so please click on the link below.

Please see the attachments to this week’s newsletter and provide any feedback to Kim Ancrum, via email to the school office, by Thursday 31st August.
