Year 4 Campers

The Year 4 campers have had a great start to their camp at Jungai in Thornton near Lake Eildon. We know they have all arrived safely and by the time you all read this I will be up there with them enjoying the time at camp. I am sure there will be lots of stories to share when they get back!

RoboGals from The University of Melbourne Visit BBPS

Yesterday the energy was high in the Year 5 room as the girls were using computer programs to make their robots move in all sorts of directions. RoboGals are a group from The University of Melbourne who are promoting engineering as an interesting and engaging career for girls. The Year 5 girls were having a ball problem solving and working in their teams. During this time our boys did not miss out either they were making parachutes and developing their understanding of gravitational pull.

World Teachers Day

Thank you very much for the lavish morning tea and lunch delivered to the teachers on World Teacher’s day. These lovely delights were provided by our parent community organised by the Parent Association for World Teachers Day.
