Year 4-6 have begun athletics training at Whyte Street on Friday mornings. Thanks to the sport captains who meet Mr A at the park before school to set up each week.

Congratulations to Year 6s, who created games for their Year 1 buddies to support their learning of Maths. Year 1 students were so excited and engaged by the games shared and made specifically for them.

Year 5 buddies continue to meet with the Preps regularly, including regular lunch dates.

If you have received one, please take 10-15 minutes as we value your feedback. Completed surveys are anonymous and need to be completed by Sunday, August 11th.

Parliament and Civics Education Rebate

Students from our school will soon be undertaking an education tour of the national capital. Students will be given the opportunity to participate in a variety of educational programs with a focus on Australia’s history, culture, heritage and democracy.

The Australian Government recognises the importance of all young Australians being able to visit the national capital as part of their Civics and Citizenship education. To assist families in meeting the cost of the excursion the Australian Government is contributing funding of $30.00 per student under the Parliament and Civics Education Rebate program towards those costs. The rebate is paid directly to the school upon completion of the excursion.
