Our School Library offers a warm and welcoming environment for students and staff. The library houses an excellent and relevant library collection that supports the curriculum as well as the wide variety of interests of students and teachers.

 

Every student at Brighton Beach Primary has a weekly Library lesson instilling a knowledge and love of literature and safe and authoritative research skills. Books from the library can be borrowed for a period of 1 week. Foundation and Grade 1 may borrow 1 book per week, Grades 2 and 3 may borrow 2 books and Grades 4 to 6 may borrow 3 books per week. Overdue norices are sent out once a term and if items are damaged or lost there is a replacement fee.
